606.30 POLICE REGULATION OF CITY-OWNED LAND OUTSIDE CORPORATE LIMITS.

The Police Division of the City shall exercise police power over all lands owned by the City and located outside of the corporate limits of the City. The police shall have the authority to arrest any person violating any of the ordinances of the City or laws of the State as if such property were located within the Municipal corporate limits.
