606.25   REFUSAL TO IDENTIFY SELF.
   (a)   No person shall willfully refuse to identify himself or herself to any duly authorized law enforcement officer.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
