167.03   HOURS OF WORK.
   (a)   The hours of work per day and per week constituting regular employment for employees of the City, unless otherwise provided for, shall be determined by the heads of each division and department and the City Manager.
   (b)   A complete schedule of work hours for all employees shall be on file with the City Manager and posted on the appropriate City bulletin boards.
   (c)   For the purpose of determining the amount of payment to employees for benefits earned under Sections 167.06, 167.071, and 167.09, the number of hours to be paid per day in calculating each employee’s benefit pay shall be determined by dividing each employee’s hours of work per week as determined under division (a) above by five days.
