167.09   JURY DUTY.
   (a)   A full-time employee who is called for jury duty will be paid, for each day actually spent on jury duty, his or her full day's pay less the amount received as payment for jury duty, but not including mileage expenses.
   (b)   When called for jury duty and excused prior to 11:30 a.m., the employee shall report for work in the afternoon; provided, however, that firefighter/EMT shift supervisors shall be governed by the terms of the collective bargaining agreement between the City and the International Association of Firefighters, Local 4468. In all cases the City Manager shall be notified and records will be kept in the employee's personnel file.
