(A) Recreational camping vehicles. Developments which are subject to subdivision review because they will provide two or more spaces for recreational camping vehicles will be reviewed under § 9.6.130

(B) Mobile/manufactured homes. Developments which are subject to subdivision review because they will provide two or more spaces for mobile/manufactured homes will be reviewed under § 9.6.129

(C) Subdivisions for lease or rent.
(1) Land subdivision created by rent or lease will be reviewed under the procedures described in § 9.6.60, Major Subdivisions, or §§ 9.6.45 through 9.6.47, Minor Subdivisions, as may be appropriate, except the subdivider shall submit an unsurveyed final plan drawn to scale, rather than a final plat, following the Final Plat procedure in §§ 9.6.20 through 9.6.32.
