All subdivisions approved by the City must comply with the provisions of this subchapter, except where granted a variance pursuant to § 9.6.191, Variances. The City may not grant variances from the provisions of § 9.6.99, Floodplain Provisions. For subdivisions created by rent or lease, planned unit developments and condominiums, refer to §§ 9.6.125 through 9.6.130, 9.6.145 through 9.6.147, 9.6.160 and 9.6.161 of these regulations.
