§ 9.6.47 SUBSEQUENT MINOR SUBDIVISIONS.
   A Subsequent Minor Subdivision is any subdivision with five or fewer lots which is not a first minor subdivision from a tract of record. Subsequent minor subdivisions shall be reviewed as major subdivisions. All the requirements and procedures of § 9.6.60 of these regulations must be followed for subsequent minor subdivisions. Where there is a requirement for a park dedication, the City may accept a cash-in-lieu-of-land donation by the developer wherein the cash donation is equivalent to the appraised value of a similar donation of park land.
