135.09 PAYROLL SPECIALIST.

(b) The position of Payroll Specialist shall be in the classified service, shall be a full- time employee, and shall perform those duties required of the position holder as stated within the job description that shall be prepared by the Auditor and filed with the Civil Service Commission of the City.

(c) The position of Payroll Specialist shall have the defined pay scale established by ordinance for purposes of salary and benefits as provided for from time to time by this Council.
