135.08 INCOME TAX SPECIALIST.

   (a)   There is hereby created the position of Income Tax Specialist, to serve under the City Auditor, as provided for by Section 42 of the Charter.

   (b)   The position of Income Tax Specialist shall be in the classified service, shall be a full-time employee, and shall perform those duties required of the position holder as stated within the job description that shall be prepared by the City Auditor and filed with the Civil Service Commission of the City.

   (c)   The position of Income Tax Specialist shall have the defined pay grade as provided in the compensation schedule for purposes of salary and benefits as provided for from time to time by Council.
