525.05 WRONGFUL INFLUENCE OF MINORS UNDER EIGHTEEN.

   (a)    No person shall knowingly aid, abet, influence or encourage any child under the age of eighteen years to:

      (1)    Violate Section 525.01; or

      (2)    Violate Section 525.02; or

      (3)    Be truant from home when such child has been reported as being truant from home to the police or juvenile authorities; or

      (4)    Be truant from school when the laws of this State require such child's attendance in school.

   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
