525.01 HOURS OF CURFEW FOR MINORS UNDER TWELVE.
(a) No minor under the age of twelve shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon the public streets or other public places during the period between 10:00 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. unless accompanied by his parent or guardian, or unless such minor is on an emergency errand directed by his parent or guardian or legitimate business directed by his parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.
(b) No minor under the age of twelve shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon private property, except upon private property where the minor resides, without the permission of his parent or guardian during the period between 10:00 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
