517.23 REPORT OF COSTS TO COUNCIL.
Upon the performance of the labor, under the provisions of Sections 517.22
and 517.27
of the Health, Safety and Sanitation Code of the City of Whitehall, and Sections 109.5, 110.3 and 302.9 of the Property Maintenance Code as referenced in Section 1337.01
of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Whitehall, the Director of Public Service shall report to Council the cost thereof with respect to each lot or parcel of land, including the cost of investigation, handling of weeds, sanitation, emergency repair, and demolition complaints and cost of service and notification. The total cost to be reported to Council shall be the actual cost incurred for the work performed (per incident) plus an additional administrative cost of either one hundred dollars ($100.00) or twenty percent (20%) of the actual cost incurred for the work performed rounded up to the next whole dollar, whichever is greater.
