124.19(A) Purpose of district. The purpose of the GC Golf Course District is to designate areas for golf courses and directly related Uses
to preserve areas of open space by limiting the intensity of Development.
124.19(B) Site Development Plan

for a plot in a GC District shall provide, for such an arrangement and location of Uses
and facilities on the plot as to give maximum possible separation from, and protection to, contiguous and nearby property. Where the nature of the activities or facilities on the plot present any potential hazard or detriment to contiguous properties from noise, glare, odors, smoke, vibration, flying objects, or Traffic, protection to such contiguous properties shall be provided in the form of open space, fences, walls, Landscaping
