§ 133.01 INTENT.
   The regulations and requirements establish general guidelines for the siting of wireless and and are intended to accomplish the following purposes:
   133.01(A)   Protect and promote the public health, safety and general welfare of the residents of the ;
   133.01(B)   Minimize residential areas and land uses from potential adverse impacts of and ;
   133.01(C)   Encourage the location of in nonresidential areas and to locate them, to the extent possible, in areas where the adverse impact on the community is minimal;
   133.01(D)   Minimize the total number of throughout the community by strongly encouraging the of on new and sites as a primary option rather than of additional single use ;
   133.01(E)   Encourage users of and to configure them in a way that minimizes the adverse visual impact of the and through careful design, siting, screening, and innovative camouflaging techniques;

§ 133.02 APPLICABILITY.
   133.02(A)   New and modifications to existing facilities. All new and reconstruction or modifications to existing in the shall be subject to the regulations in this Chapter to the full extent permitted under applicable and federal .
