§ 154.318 CONDITIONAL USES.
   The following conditional uses are permitted in B-1 General Business Districts only after approval by the Village Planning Commission in accordance with the procedures outlined in §§ 154.095 through 154.100.
   (a)   Auto fuel pumps as regulated in § 154.485.
   (b)   Auto repair and service stations as regulated in § 154.485.
   (c)   Auto (vehicle) sales as regulated in § 154.486.
   (d)   Drive-through retail as regulated in § 154.484.
   (e)   Hotels and motels as regulated in § 154.486.
