§ 154.485 AUTO REPAIR, SERVICE STATIONS, AND FUEL PUMPS.
   (A)   Curb cuts. Not more than two curb cuts per 75 feet of street frontage shall be allowed, and in no case shall one use have more than four curb cuts.
   (B)   Fuel pump setback. In all cases, regardless of the setback requirements of the zoning district, fuel pumps shall be a minimum of 35 feet behind the property line, or ten feet behind the right-of-way line, whichever is greater.
   (C)   Outdoor storage limitation. Outdoor storage of tires and items for sale shall be allowed only during operating hours, and no permanent outdoor storage shall be allowed.
   (D)   Inoperable vehicle storage. Inoperable vehicles shall be stored for no longer than seven days on the site, in unenclosed areas.
   (E)   Required buffer. A Type A or Type B buffer yard shall be required at the side and rear boundaries of the site.
