§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever shall violate or fail to comply with any §§ 50.02 and 50.35 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 50.01, 50.03 or 50.15 through 50.21 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day’s continued violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
