Billing for sewerage charges shall be made on a monthly basis, and payment shall be made on or before the due date indicated thereon. A late charge of 10% shall be made for all bills paid after the due date. An additional charge shall be made, for each duplicate bill requested to be sent by the account holder, in the amount of $1 per month for each such duplicate bills so requested. Failure to pay the sewerage bill in a timely manner, or to make satisfactory arrangements to pay the same, shall result in termination of services.
