(A) Water from swimming pools may be disposed of by pumping, draining, or directing the same into the village sanitary sewer system. Water from swimming pools shall not be pumped, drained, or directed into the streets, roads, and alleys of the village.
(B) Any person who violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense. A second offense, and any subsequent offense, shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
