A commercial or industrial development may erect one association identification sign with the name of the building, complex, or center, provided there exists an owners’ association that provides for the maintenance of the sign and structures. Such association shall not be disbanded or terminated without the City’s consent. Such signs shall be extensively landscaped with trees, plantings, and natural features. Such signs may incorporate fountains, fences, or similar features. Association identification sign area shall not exceed 60 square feet. The minimum setback required of association identification signs shall be the height of the sign. The maximum height of the sign shall be 10 feet. Association identification signs shall be dominated with materials of permanency and strength, such as brick or stone.
