(A) The person or persons proposing a subdivision must first submit to the city the required number of copies of a preliminary subdivision plan prepared in accordance with the applicable requirements for plats set forth herein. However, dimensions and locations of the various required features which cannot be shown exactly shall be approximated so that the preliminary plan will be sufficiently complete to be judged by the city.
(B) A fee, prescribed in Chapter 12 of this Code of Ordinances, shall be paid to the City with each Preliminary Plat submittal.
