§ 33-8-3 VEHICLES STOPPING OR PARKING IN CITY LIMITS; TO STAY COVERED WHILE IN CITY. 
   No vehicles shall stop or park within the city limits while transporting offensive substances, except in cases of emergency or in order to abide by traffic laws and regulations, and while in the city limits, the bodies of such vehicles shall be kept covered completely at all times.
