(A) Any person convicted of a violation of any section of this code shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for any one offense, and may also be punished as otherwise provided by state statutes for violation of municipal ordinances.
(B) Any minor, or person designated a juvenile by this state, convicted of a violation of any section of this code shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for any one offense, and may also be punished as otherwise provided by state statute for violation of municipal ordinances, but such a person may not be confined except in accordance with the provisions of the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 of the State of Illinois.
(C) Whoever commits an offense against the city or aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces or procures its commission is punishable as a principal.
(D) Whoever willfully causes an act to be done which, if directly performed by him or another, would be an offense against the city, is punishable as a principal.
