§ 33-8-2 VEHICLES TO BE KEPT SANITARY. 
   All vehicles used as set out in § 33-8-1 shall be kept and maintained by the driver thereof in a reasonably clean and sanitary condition. Both the interior and exterior of such vehicles shall be kept free from accumulations of offensive substances.
