(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or fails to comply with any regulation, requirement or order thereunder, or who erects, constructs, enlarges, alters, repairs, converts, occupies or uses a residential building or structure in violation of the provisions of this chapter, where no other penalty is provided, shall be fined not more than $500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (‘73 Code, § 1305.99)
(B) Whoever commences the construction, erection, repair, alteration or addition to any building or other structure in the city without first obtaining a building permit as required in §§ 150.015 through 150.022 shall, upon obtaining the building permit pay, as a penalty, twice the fees set forth in § 150.020. (C) Whoever violates any provision of § 150.040 shall be fined, for a first offense, not more than $50, and for a second offense not more than $100.
