§ 150.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or fails to comply with any regulation, requirement or order thereunder, or who erects, constructs, enlarges, alters, repairs, converts, occupies or uses a residential building or structure in violation of the provisions of this chapter, where no other penalty is provided, shall be fined not more than $500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (‘73 Code, § 1305.99)
   (B)   Whoever commences the construction, erection, repair, alteration or addition to any building or other structure in the city without first obtaining a building permit as required in §§ 150.015 through 150.022 shall, upon obtaining the building permit pay, as a penalty, twice the fees set forth in § 150.020.    (C)   Whoever violates any provision of § 150.040 shall be fined, for a first offense, not more than $50, and for a second offense not more than $100.    (D)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 150.070 and 150.071 shall be fined not more than $50. (‘73 Code, § 1327.99) (Ord. 688, passed 12-14-55)
