§ 150.071 SYSTEM OF NUMBERING.
   The system of building numbering for the city shall be that known as the “Philadelphia-Block” system using Court Street, Columbus Avenue and Leesburg Avenue as a base separating the north from the south, and using Main Street and the same extended northwesterly as a base separating the east from the west, or as otherwise provided by the City Manager.
