An applicant for a building permit for any multi-unit dwelling (i.e. cluster home) located in districts U-2A, U-7A (residential) and U-7C shall apply for separate permits from the Building Department for each multi-dwelling unit that sits on a separate sublot/parcel. The applicant must also pay all fees associated with each permit sought as required in Section 1333.05, 1333.13, 1349.05 and any other applicable section of the Codified Ordinances.
Fees include preliminary plan review fees and preliminary engineering deposit fees as required to cover the cost and expense of the city Engineer's professional fees for review and approval of all plans and subsequent inspections and the cost to the Building Department for processing the application.
