The applicant for a building permit shall pay a grade permit fee to the Building Department as required in Chapter 1333 to cover the cost and expense of the City Engineer’s professional fees for review and approval of the grading plan and subsequent inspections and the cost to the Building Department for processing the application. The grade permit fee will be paid from the engineering deposit.
