727.02 FALSE STATEMENT BY AFFIDAVIT.

Any person owning and/or operating a parking area within the City who makes false statements by affidavit concerning the parking area available and/or the number of parking spaces available shall forthwith, upon notification by the Mayor, cease using such area for parking facilities.
