(A) The Warrick County Board of Commissioners is authorized to expend annually in the construction, maintenance, and supervision of the Warrick County animal control facility, and in the payment of salaries and expenses incurred in the administration of this chapter, or so much as may be necessary, from the sums which may hereafter annually be appropriated for such purpose.
(B) The administration of the animal control facility and all employees thereof, and those engaged in its maintenance, shall be under the jurisdiction of the Warrick County Board of Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners are authorized to enforce the rules and regulations adopted by it for the administration thereof and to adopt such rules and regulations necessary in the discretion of the Board of Commissioners for the accomplishment of the intent and purposes of this chapter.
