§ 131.52 ENFORCEMENT AND PERFORMANCE OF DUTIES.

(A) The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the Animal Control Officer, their employee(s) or designee(s), and the Warrick County Sheriff’s Office.

(B) No person shall interfere in the performance of the duties under this chapter by the Animal Control Officer, Warrick County Sheriff’s Office, and/or their

employee(s) or designee(s).
