521.11 DRAWING ON, MARKING OR PAINTING STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.

(a) No person shall paint, draw or print or cause to be painted drawn or printed, any signs or pictures, or make or cause to be made any marks whatever with paint, chalk or other substances, upon the public curbs, sidewalks or streets of the City.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
