(a) No person shall on any street, alley or sidewalk play at ball, throw, sling or cast any stone or other missile, fly any kite or engage in any play, game or sport therein, tending to do bodily injury to any person, or in any way obstruct the free use of such street, alley or sidewalk.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
