1701.01 DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES AND WEED CUTTING; COSTS A LIEN.

   The Board of Health authorizes the Deputy Health Commissioner, on behalf of the Board, to certify costs of demolition and weed cutting to the County Auditor, as they arise, so that the costs can be considered as a lien against the respective property as soon as is practicable.
