   506.01 KEEPING CERTAIN ANIMALS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall own, keep, harbor or otherwise have control of any of the following enumerated animals at any premises, or on any property, public or private, within the corporate limits of the City regardless of the size or location of the premises or property or the design thereof.
   (a)    All animal of the family Felidae including, but not limited to a lion, tiger, a mountain lion (cougar, puma), but excluding any Felis catus (domestic cat); or
   (b)    Any animal of the family canis lupus, wolf; or
   (c)   Any poisonous snake; or
   (d)   Any non-poisonous snake capable of causing harm, injury, illness or death to a human being; or
   (e)   Any raccoon.
