1240.02 APPLICATION.

The following provisions as provided hereinafter shall govern the subdividing of land within the corporate limits of the City, and the provisions of Sections 1240.01 to 1240.09, 1242.01 to 1242.07, 1244.01 to 1244.04 and 1246.01 to 1246.06 shall govern the subdividing of land in the unincorporated areas within three miles beyond the corporate limits of the City.
