§ 94.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
      (2)   The penalty for violating the provisions of §§ 94.080 through 94.084 shall be a fine of not to exceed $200, restitution, community service, or a combination of fine, restitution, and community service.
      (3)   Violation of any of the provisions of §§ 94.004 shall be a misdemeanor, and shall be subject to a fine of up to $100, plus costs, restitution, and community service.

   (B)   An person who discharges any fireworks in violation of § 94.084 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall pay a fine in accordance with §§ 32.27 and 32.29, as amended.

   (C)   Any violation of §§ 94.095 to 94.097 shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in § 10.99. As an additional condition to the penalties provided in § 10.99, restitution may be ordered for any vandalism or damages to city property located at the Walters Youth Park.
