(A) Access. Access to the Walters Tower Reserve property located in Block 90, Addition to Walters, Oklahoma, located between Seventh Street and Nebraska, Walters, Oklahoma, shall be limited to individuals, businesses, corporations, or entities for the temporary location of campers, fifth wheels, trailers, or motor homes for overnight accommodation purposes. The use shall be limited to no more than 14 consecutive days unless prior written approval is granted by the City Manager. Permit fees shall be charged for any use or occupancy permitted hereby.

(B) Permits; fees. A permit issued by the city shall be required prior to access to said property. A permit fee in an amount to be set by the City Council from time to time shall be charged for each night of use by any individual, business, corporation, or entity for each camper, fifth wheel, trailer, or motor home caused to be located thereon, provided, that should a permit issue for a period of seven consecutive nights the permit fee shall be in the amount in another amount to be set by the City Council from time to time for the seven consecutive night period.

(C) Dwelling and camping prohibited. No person shall be permitted to maintain a temporary or permanent residence on the Walters Tower Reserve at any time, and no camping shall be permitted thereon.
