No fireworks of any kind shall be discharged at Sultan Park, except on the date designated by the City Manager, for the official celebration of Independence Day each year, and only inside an area described as follows: between the western most internal road of Sultan Park to the county road bordering Sultan Park on the west side of the park; from the southern bottom edge of the berm on the south side of the softball field southerly to the road which serves as the western exit of Sultan Park; from the road which serves as the western exit of Sultan Park southerly to the ditch which forms the southern boundary of Sultan Park at that point; and from a point 50 feet west of the gold fish pond to the county road bordering Sultan Park on the west side of the park, and that said area shall be clearly marked so that all persons can identify said area.
