135.03 USE OF FACSIMILE SIGNATURE.
   (a)    The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to affix his facsimile signature to any and all checks, drafts or other orders for the payment of money drawn or endorsed in the name of the Village of Waite Hill and signed on its behalf.
   (b)    The Village depository is hereby authorized and directed to honor as genuine and authorize instruments of the Village, any and all checks, drafts or other orders for the payment of money drawn or endorsed in the name of the Village and signed on its behalf with the facsimile signature of the Clerk-Treasurer.
   (c)    The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to certify to the Village depository by specimen the forms of facsimile signatures authorized by the Village for use of the Clerk-Treasurer. The Village assumes full responsibility for any and all payments made by the bank in reliance upon the facsimile signature of the Clerk-Treasurer and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the bank against any and all loss, cost, damage or expense suffered or incurred by the bank arising out of the misuse or unlawful or unauthorized use by any person of such facsimile signature.
