(a) Council hereby creates the position of Deputy Clerk-Treasurer of the Village, and appointment to such position shall be approved and confirmed by Council.
(b) The Deputy Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to perform all the duties of the Clerk-Treasurer as outlined in Section 4.3 of the Village Charter and under the general laws of the State of Ohio.
(c) The Deputy Clerk-Treasurer shall receive such compensation as is provided by Council. (Ord. 1986-2. Passed 1-6-86.)
