All uses allowed under §§ 154.241 and 154.242 shall be permitted only after review and approval of site, landscaping and building plans by the Planning Commission according to § 154.070 and, in the case of conditionally permitted uses listed in § 154.242, after a public hearing is held as required by § 154.543. The Commission must find that the requirements of § 154.070 as well as other applicable requirements of this code will be met. For conditionally permitted uses, the Commission must also find that the applicable requirements of §§ 154.542 through 154.546 will be met as well.
