ADOPTING ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING WITH CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS THE 2004 S-1 SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WADSWORTH AS SUBMITTED BY AMERICAN LEGAL PUBLISHING CORPORATION
Whereas, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, has completed the S-1 Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Wadsworth, which supplement contains all the amendments to the Code of Ordinances that became effective subsequent to March 18, 2003 through May 4, 2004; and
Whereas, American Legal Publishing Corporation has recommended the revision or adoption of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances which are based on or make references to sections of the Ohio Revised Code in accordance with changes in state law and it is the intent of this Council to accept these sections to conform with changes in the state law; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WADSWORTH, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the 2004 S-1 Supplement to the Code of Ordinance of the City of Wadsworth as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety as updating the Code of Ordinances to set forth amendments to the Code of Ordinances subsequent to March 18, 2003 through May 4, 2004 and additional amendments of other sections of the Code of Ordinances to be in accordance with changes in state law.
Section 2. That section one of this ordinance shall not apply to the following sections in the S-1 Supplement which have been amended subsequent to May 4, 2004:

Section 34.24 shall instead be worded as amended by Ordinance 04-114.
Section 35.27 shall instead be worded as amended by Amended Ordinance 05-003.
Section 35.31 shall instead be worded as amended by Amended Ordinance 05-002.
Section 35.37 shall instead be worded as amended by Ordinance 04-041.
Section 35.41 shall instead be worded as amended by Ordinance 04-043.
Sections 35.44, 35.45 and 35.46 shall instead be worded as amended by Ordinance 05-001.
Section 35.47 shall instead be worded as amended by Ordinance 04-122.
Section 94.04 shall instead by worded as amended by Ordinance 04-049.
Section 3. That section one of this ordinance shall not apply to section 50.13 of the Codified Ordinances which shall instead be deemed worded to set forth the text inadvertently numbered as section 929.011 as adopted by Ordinance 04-113 or to section 50.14 of the Codified Ordinances which shall instead be deemed worded to set forth the text inadvertently numbered as section 929.012 as adopted by Ordinance 04-113.
Section 4. That section one of this ordinance shall not be deemed to amend, change or modify any ordinance of the City of Wadsworth that became effective subsequent to May 4, 2004 except that the Codified Ordinances section number of 33.18 enacted by Ordinance 04-028 shall be renumbered as section umber 33.19 to avoid conflict with the prior use of section number 33.18 by Ordinance 03-130.
Section 5. That this Ordinance shall be effective at the earliest time permitted by law.
