§ 154.241 PERMITTED USES.
   (A)   All permitted uses as specified in the C-1 district text.
   (B)   Uses that are accessory to a primary permitted or conditionally-permitted use.
   (C)   Other uses which are determined by the Planning Commission to be clearly similar in character to those uses identified in this section and in conformance with the general purpose of the district.
   (D)   Off-street parking and loading facilities as per §§ 154.405 through 154.409 of this code.
   (E)   Signs as per §§ 154.470 through 154.486 of this code.
