§ 35.49 CLERK OF COUNCIL BENEFITS.
   The Clerk of Council shall be considered to be a full-time employee of the city for purposes of hospitalization and medical insurance coverage under § 35.09 of this chapter, life insurance benefits under § 35.10 of this chapter and longevity compensation under § 35.07 of this chapter.
