§ 35.07 COMPUTATION OF LONGEVITY PAY FOR CITY EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   All full-time employees hired prior to June 1, 2012 shall receive an annual longevity supplement in addition to their regular compensation. The longevity supplement shall be paid at a rate of $3.50 for each full month worked. An employee hired on or after June 1, 2012 shall not be eligible for a longevity supplement.
   (B)   The longevity supplement is paid on the first regular pay in December and is calculated by using the total number of continuous full months worked from the employee's full-time date of hire. Except for military leave, any period of unpaid leave during a calendar month will not be considered as time worked for the purposes of computing longevity pay.
   (C)   Any employee who separates service from the city is not eligible for a longevity supplement including any months worked since the prior longevity supplement payment.
