(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise specifically provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(C) Any person who violates the provisions of § 130.77, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 days, or both, for each violation for which the retailer is found guilty.

(D) Any child, as such term is defined in § 130.01 of this chapter, who violates any provision of §§ 130.01 through 130.05 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by being sentenced to community service for a term not exceeding 40 hours. Any parent, as such term is defined in § 130.01 of this chapter, who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $2,000 or by being sentenced to community service not exceeding 40 hours or both. If both the child and the parent violate this chapter, they shall be required to perform community service together. Any child who violates any of the provisions of §§ 130.01 through 130.05 more than three times shall be reported by the Chief of Police to the Camden County Superior Court, Family Part, as a delinquent juvenile.

(1) A first offense will result in a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $50;
(2) A second offense will result in a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100;
(3) A third and any subsequent offense shall result in a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $150;
(4) Continued violations will be considered to be flaunting the law and this policy, and shall result in barring the person and/or the person's organization from school buildings.
(F) Any person found to be in violation of § 130.89 shall be issued a summons and shall be subject to the following penalties:
(1) First offense: a fine of not less than $100 and not to exceed $150.
(2) Second offense: a fine of not less than $150 and not to exceed $250.
(3) Subsequent offenses: a fine of not less than $300 and not to exceed $500.
