Property owners who discharge any apparatus known as a "paintball gun or device" including any air gun, pellet gun, or any other instrument which propels projectiles on their own land, or give permission to others to do so, shall post their land to indicate the 450-foot limit beyond which such discharge is prohibited; such permission shall be in writing and shall be carried by the person relying on such permission.
