§ 130.85 SCOPE AND APPLICATION.

In accordance with Chapter 96 of the New Jersey Public Laws of 1989, smoking of tobacco is prohibited anywhere in buildings owned, operated, leased or rented by the Eastern Camden County Regional Board of Education, except as part of classroom instruction or a theatrical production.
