No person shall discharge any firearm upon or across any state, county or municipal road or highway, and no person shall have in his or her possession, for the purpose of hunting, taking or killing wildlife, a loaded gun within 450 feet of any public buildings, parks, grounds, private dwellings or other buildings used for human habitation within the Township.
